ETT encourages clients to consider energy-saving measures before installing a renewable energy system. 

Of course, if renewable energy is suitable for your location, installing an RE system can offset your energy costs and decrease impact on the environment.  A typical renewable system can last 20-25 years.  Some systems even last up to 30 years.
